When it gets complex, a human takes over
The AI assistant answers most things on its own. When a request becomes too specific — or the customer explicitly asks for a person — it hands the conversation to your team seamlessly and notifies them by email, Slack or webhook.

How a handover works
The request goes beyond the bot
The request is too specific, or the customer explicitly wants a person. The assistant recognises this and does not push.
A clean handover
The assistant assures the customer that someone will be in touch — and never gives the impression of being human itself. It asks for the best way to make contact.
Your team is notified
Immediately: by email, as a Slack message, or through a webhook to your own system (a CRM or ticketing tool, for example). Including the conversation history.
Traceable in the dashboard
Every handover has a status (open / accepted / done). You can see at a glance what is still waiting for a reply.
To be straight with you
The handover is a notification to your team — not an anonymous live agent who jumps into the chat instantly. The customer receives a clear assurance that a colleague will be in touch; your team decides how quickly and through which channel. The assistant always identifies itself as AI and never claims to be human (required under the EU AI Act).
What you gain, at a glance
No customer is left alone
Whatever the bot cannot resolve reliably reaches a person.
The channel of your choice
Notification by email, Slack or webhook to your own system.
With context
You see the whole conversation — and know straight away what it is about.
Status tracking
Open, accepted, done — no handover gets lost in day-to-day work.
